1) Tobacco, alcohol or drug use or possession
2) Threats to staff or clients / Fighting / Possession of weapons on premise
3) Failure to provide urine drug screen
4) Stealing
5) Sex games
6) Cursing staff or clients
7) Racial slurs
8) Deviation
9) Outside after dark without staff present (7 pm)
10) Gambling
