Ginny McGucken President

Ginny is a licensed real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Her experience includes real estate sales, property management and assisted living administration. Currently, she is managing commercial and residential properties for a family trust. Ginny joined the DACCO Advisory Board in 2016 and was appointed to the Executive Board of Trustees October, 2017.

Tamie Rattray 1st Vice President

Tamie is an experienced labor and employment lawyer with a broad scope of practice that includes both litigation and traditional labor law with Ford Harrison Law Group. Florida Bar certified in Labor and Employment Law, Tammie is a member of Ford Harrison’s Healthcare Practice Group and serves on the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Council for a Union-Free Environment. Current Board of Trustee member with DACCO since 2016.

Rob Pariseau 2nd Vice President

Rob comes to the board with extensive insurance experience and will offer his expertise in policy enforcement and regulations. His participation will be invaluable to the foundation of the DACCO Board of Trustees. Rob is the Executive Vice President and employee benefit practice leader at BKS Partners. With more than 30 years of experience in the Florida middle market, his expertise includes benefits planning, communication, funding, compliance and project management.

Rob Williams Secretary

Mr. Williams is a Senior Partner of Burr & Forman’s Litigation Group with over 40 years of experience in all areas of trial practice, including jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. Specializing in complex business, health care, and securities litigation, he has successfully tried numerous jury trials. Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hillsborough County Hospital (Tampa General Hospital) and Former president of DACCO Board of Trustees. Current Board Of Trustees member with DACCO since 1999.

Earl Horton Treasurer

Mr. Horton began his business career at Lumberman’s Underwriting Alliance in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1985 he became an owner in an Independent Insurance Agency and over the past 24 years grew that business from 3 employees to 220, becoming the 2nd largest privately owned agency in the State of Florida. Past President of the Children’s Museum in 1993 and was Chairman of the Development Committee raising $21,000,000 for the new Museum building in 2010. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2013.

Hiram Hampton Past President

A native Floridian with over 40 years of experience in the commercial insurance field serving in leadership positions for regional brokerages in Central Florida. Currently semi-retired serving as Business Development Advisor for Lykes Insurance, Inc. Has served on boards for Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Children’s Cancer Center, University of Tampa Board of Counselors, Tampa yacht and Country Club, University Club, First Florida Bank and Barnett Bank of Tampa. Board position with DACCO since 2008.

Bill Gieseking Past President

Bill currently serves as Director of Marketing and one of Pepin Distributing Company’s Board of Directors. He oversees sports marketing, media buying, digital social media assets, public relations, company spokesperson, community sponsorships, special events budget management as well as sales and marketing plans. Mr. Gieseking also directs the company’s efforts to promote the responsible use of its products and fight against alcohol abuse. Received the Esse Quam Videri Outstanding Alumni Award for the University of Tampa. Board of Trustees position with DACCO from 2007 - 2019.

Jennifer Durham Member

Jennifer Durham is the Chief Development Officer for Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants. A certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Women’s Foodservice Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2010.

Sulaman Hemani Member

Mr. Hemani works at SAS Capital Investments. Prior served as the Vice President Branch Manager of PNC Bank. He serves as the Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Nursing at the University of South Florida. His service to the community includes supporting the AGA Khan Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2013.

Holly Hills Member

Holly Hills, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, in the College of Behavioral and Community Services at USF. In addition to her teaching and research duties at USF, she does training and consulting with service providers and systems focused on improving care for persons with serious mental illness and addictive disorders. Dr. Hills is a licensed clinical psychologist having received her Ph.D. in clinical and health psychology from the University of Florida. Past President of DACCO, current Board of Trustees member since 2004.

Major Michael Farrier Member

Major Farrier began his law enforcement career in 1994. He served honorable in the United States Army, where he completed the Primary Leadership Development Course. Major Farrier is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Psychology specializing in Criminology and Justice Studies. A graduate of the 53rd Southern Police Institute Command Officer’s Development Couse and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Brandon. Major Farrier has worked all jail facilities and has held positions as Booking Sergeant, Transportation Bureau Commander, Commander of the Department of Detention Services, Field Training Officer Program and was on the transition team that assumed control of Misdemeanor Probation Services in 2015, and Deputy Division Commander of Jail Division 11. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since May, 2018.

Major Frank Losat Member

Major Frank Losat began his career in Law enforcement in 1990, serving as a state trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol before joining the Hillsborough County Sherriff’s Office in 1994. His positions included street crimes, narcotics and criminal Investigations. Also in supervisory roles in the homicide section, patrol district street crimes and investigations and in the Special Investigations Division where he oversaw narcotic investigations and the crime analysis unit. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2015.

Major Chris Baumann Member

Major Baumann started his career with the Sheriff’s Office in 1998 and is an FAA licensed pilot. Major Baumann has served as a deputy, field training officer, narcotics detective, and Internal Affairs detective. Before being transferred to Jail Division III as the Deputy Division Commander, Major Baumann has held supervisory positions in Patrol Districts I, II, III & IV, the Homicide Section, and the Special Investigations Division. In 2007, he was awarded the HCSO Silver Cross Award and was named the Florida Narcotics Officer of the Year after being shot in the line of duty. Major Baumann obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Criminology from the University of Louisville. He is also a graduate of the 133rd Southern Police Institute Administrative Officer’s Course and completed the University of Louisville Police Executive Leadership Program in 2015.

Terry McFatter Member

Terry McFatter is the Market Director and Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker for the Westshore Office of The Bank of Tampa. Terry represents the bank in the Westshore market and identifies opportunities to develop new commercial business with companies in the Tampa Bay area. Terry has been with the bank for almost nine years with a total of 28 years of banking experience in the Tampa Bay area. Current board of Trustees position with DACCO since 2012.

Charles Sansone Member

Chuck is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Miami School of law. He enjoyed actively practicing law in a trial practice for over 35 years. Although still a licensed attorney he has left the active legal practice to pursue other options. Among these include management of personal investments and service on various school and non-profit Boards, such as DACCO. Current Board of Trustees member since 2009.

Donna Marino Turner Member

President of bCause Healthcare Consulting Services, Donna is a healthcare executive with substantive healthcare expertise and an extensive track record of analyzing, resolving complex issues, interpreting and articulating policies, and motivating teams to embrace them. In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, standards and reporting requirements. Extensive experience working with Physicians, providers and ancillary healthcare professionals in transitioning current and ongoing changes focused on increasing efficiency and better outcomes for the continuum of care. Over 20 years of community involvement and leadership in Tampa, Houston and Miami. Current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2014.

Andrea White Member

Andrea is the Senior Manager State Government Affairs for Charter Communications, and was former Senior Manager, Public Relations for Brighthouse Networks. Current President of the Ybor Chamber of Commerce, Andrea is a current Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 1999.

Brad Johnson Member

Brad graduated from The Citadel then completed his surgical training in Virginia and Sydney, Australia. He currently is a Professor of Surgery University of South Florida College of Medicine Department of Surgery/Vascular Surgery Division.He serves national leadership positions as the: Society of Vascular Surgery (SVS) Chairman of Quality Performance and Measures Committee 2015- current. SVS Policy and Advocacy Council 2015-current. SVS Government Relations Committee 2015-current. Physicians Consortium on Performance Improvement (PCPI) Quality Improvement Advisory Committee 2016-current. He is also past Chair of the Board for Quantum Leap Farms (equine therapy for disabled veterans and kids with cancer). Currently Board of Trustees member with DACCO since 2018.

Rolando Sanchez Member

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Rolando graduated from NYU School of Medicine. Resident and chief resident in General Surgery, NYU School of Medicine. Fellowship in Vascular Surgery, NYU. Assistant and Associate Professor of Surgery and Emergency Medicine of Einstein College of Medicine, NY. Fellow American College of Surgery. Fellow American College of Emergency Medicine. Medical Director of Hyperbaric Medicine of Einstein College of Medicine. Private practice, General and Vascular Surgery, Tampa, Florida. Assistant and Medical Director of J& J Pharmaceutical (Orthobiotec Div.) and Antigenics Pharmaceutical. Medical Director Medi Weight Loss Clinics in Tampa, Brandon and Lutz. Medical Director, Weight Loss Holdings.

Steve Blanchard Member

Steve will offer his depth of knowledge in Marketing and Strategic planning and will utilize those efforts to enhance the foundation of the DACCO Board of Trustees. Steve is the Vice President of Sales at News Channel 8/Nexstar Broadcasting since 2013 and responsible for the oversight of sales for WFLA and WTTA in Tampa. His 25 years of television experience gives him extensive knowledge in the industry.

Katie Glaser Member

Katie comes to the board with vast real estate knowledge, from marketing to office management, title services and e-commerce, in addition to supporting DACCO through her many speaking engagements. Her presence will help DACCO meet the needs of our community that DACCO serves and build on progressive leaders DACCO has been fortunate to have. Combining her extensive background in real estate and her love for the Tampa Bay area, Katie utilizes all of her resources to provide the best service and experience for her clients.

H. Tyson Lykes II Member

H Tyson Lykes II earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Citrus from Florida Southern College which prepared him for many years of working in his family’s citrus groves and other agricultural businesses. Since then he has been self-employed, primarily in agricultural and real estate related endeavors. He owns and manages timber tracts in Florida and Georgia, farms pecans in Georgia and developed a low density subdivision in Hernando County. Tyson served on the Lykes Bros. Inc. board for over forty years.
