Deanna Obregon Chief Executive Officer

With 20 years’ progressive leadership experience as a healthcare executive, Deanna demonstrates success in targeting and planning operational performance aligned with strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Deanna has successfully held DACCO’s Chief Administrative Officer position for the past five years before being selected as Chief Executive Officer for DACCO. She has earned a Master of Health Administration from USF as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Her focus is to engage her team, while creating a positive and productive culture, so that future innovations can flourish in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Colleen Alvarez Chief Financial Officer

Colleen is the Chief Financial Officer for DACCO Behavioral Health with over 35 years’ experience in Finance and Business Administration. Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida. Her expertise is in the financial strategy and direction at DACCO, aligning the financial and business metrics to support strategy and growth.

Antoinette Hagley Chief Clinical Officer

Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

Anthony Denno V.P. Business Development

Anthony is the VP of Business Development and Operations at DACCO. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and has been in healthcare for 25 years. He has years of experience in both operations and business development, which will help DACCO propel itself into the larger healthcare market. He currently holds several certifications including Dale Carnegie and Sigma Six, is actively involved in his community, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Dr. Endra Sookoor, D.O. Medical Director

Dr. Sookoor enlisted in the US Army immediately after graduating from high school. After completing a 5-year enlistment and achieving the rank of Sergeant, he returned to Texas to complete his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with a minor in Chemistry. He completed medical school in Texas and then moved to Tampa for his General Psychiatry Residency at the University of South Florida. He then completed USF’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship where he was chief resident during the second year of the fellowship. After completion of the Child and Adolescent Fellowship, he then completed USF’s Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship. In addition to providing direct patient care to DACCO clients, he also enjoys teaching 4th year Psychiatry Residents and Addiction Psychiatry Fellows during their rotations at DACCO.
