Child Welfare Programs
Family Intervention Specialists (FIS) conduct full substance abuse assessments with adult patients in their home involved in an active child abuse/neglect investigation or with an active Eckerd case plan, to assist in identifying substance abuse and MH issues, and to determine the most appropriate level of care and treatment referral resource. Ask your case manager or CPI to make a referral to begin this important journey of recovery!
Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT) is a specialized individualized wraparound program for families who are involved in the child welfare system. Our goal is to provide one team who will collaborate and support your recovery efforts, while helping your family unit be stronger & healthier. FITT works closely with your child welfare professionals to create a specific treatment plan tailored to your needs which includes substance abuse treatment, parenting, mental health, and coordination of care with any providers you or your children may be working with.
Safe at Home - In partnership with GCJFCS, addiction counselors provide specialized in home intervention services for adults with substance use and co-occurring SA/MH issues involved in an active child abuse/neglect investigation in an effort to keep the family intact and avoid judicial dependency action.For more information about any of the above programs, contact us at email@example.com.
